Welcome to SaaSSoftwareReviews.com. This website publishes independent reviews, comparisons, and explainers about software-as-a-service (SaaS) tools. By using this site, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

I wrote these Terms in plain language. If something is unclear, contact me using the details in Section 18 below.

1. Who Runs This Site

SaaSSoftwareReviews.com is owned and operated by me, Sandra Robert, as an individual publisher. In these Terms, "I," "me," and "the site" mean the owner and operator of SaaSSoftwareReviews.com, and "you" means any visitor or user.

I am not employed by, and do not speak for, any software company I write about. If a page involves a sponsorship, gifted account, or other material connection, I say so on that page.

2. What This Site Is (and Is Not)

This site is an editorial resource that helps readers understand SaaS products: what they do, how their pricing is structured, who they suit, and where their limits are.

This site is not

a software vendor or reseller. I do not sell software or process payments for any product I write about;
a source of legal, financial, tax, accounting, cybersecurity, or other professional advice;
a guarantee that any product will meet your needs.

Buying decisions are yours. Please confirm details with the vendor and, where possible, try a product yourself before committing.

3. How Content Is Produced

My aim is for every article to be honest, specific, and useful. In practice:

Sources are stated. Where a claim about pricing, plan limits, or features comes from a vendor's pricing page, documentation, or a third-party source, the article says so. Where I used a product directly, I describe what I did. Where I did not, I do not imply that I did.
Original media. Screenshots and charts on this site are captured or created by me, unless a caption credits another source. Third-party interface screenshots are used for review, commentary, and education.
Balanced coverage. Articles are meant to include limitations and drawbacks, not only positives.
No pay-for-placement. Compensation from any company does not buy a positive review, a ranking position, or the removal of criticism.
Dates. Each article shows a "Last updated" date, which is the date I last checked its figures. Software pricing and features change often, so treat every article as accurate only as of that date. Always check the vendor's official site for current details.
Corrections. If you find an error, please contact me. I will review it and correct the page if it is wrong, and I note significant corrections on the page itself.

4. Affiliate Links and Compensation

This site may contain affiliate links. I am not yet approved in any affiliate network. When I add affiliate links after being approved, and you click one and then buy or sign up, I may earn a commission at no additional cost to you.

I may apply to affiliate networks such as PartnerStack and Impact, or to a software company's own program, and I will use their links only where I have been approved. Being in a program is not an endorsement of this site by the brand.

Where affiliate links are present, I may earn a commission if you buy or sign up through them, at no extra cost to you. This does not affect my opinions or the conclusions in the article.

Key points:

Compensation does not decide my conclusions. I state strengths and weaknesses whether or not a link is an affiliate link.
Disclosure is shown near the start of the article and near affiliate links. Articles that contain no affiliate links at the time of publication say so.
Affiliate links will be marked with rel="sponsored" (and nofollow where appropriate) so search engines can identify them.
I follow each program's rules. This includes not misrepresenting offers, not inventing discounts or coupons, not incentivizing clicks, and not bidding on brand terms where a program prohibits it.

5. Advertising

Ads are not endorsements. I am not responsible for the content of ads or for the products they promote.
Do not click on ads out of curiosity, to help the site, or by any artificial method. Generating invalid clicks or impressions is prohibited (see Section 8).

6.1 My content

Unless stated otherwise, the text, original images, screenshots, charts, layout, and other material created for this site are owned by me and protected by copyright. "SaaSSoftwareReviews.com" and its logo identify my brand.

6.2 What you may do

You may read and share links to pages on this site, and quote short excerpts with clear attribution and a link to the original page for commentary, education, or news reporting.

6.3 What you may not do

Without my written permission, you may not:

copy, republish, scrape, or redistribute full articles, images, charts, or screenshots;
use this site's content to build datasets or to produce substitute content at scale;
present my content as your own.

6.4 Third-party names and materials

Product names, logos, and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to identify and discuss their products. Their use does not imply affiliation or endorsement unless stated.

6.5 Copyright complaints

If you believe material here infringes your copyright, email me with: (a) a description of the work; (b) the web address of the page; (c) your contact details; (d) a statement that you believe in good faith the use is unauthorized; and (e) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your information is accurate and that you own the rights or are authorized to act for the owner. I will review the request promptly.

7. Comments and Messages

If the site allows comments or contact messages:

You are responsible for what you submit.
You give me a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and moderate your comment on this site.
I may edit, refuse, or remove comments that are spam, promotional, abusive, unlawful, off-topic, or that expose others' personal information.
Do not send passwords, payment details, or other confidential information.
Comments reflect their authors' views, not mine.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

break the law or infringe anyone's rights;
try to gain unauthorized access to the site, its hosting, or other users' data;
upload malware or interfere with the site's operation or security;
use bots or scrapers in a way that overloads the site or copies it without permission;
generate fraudulent traffic, clicks, or impressions on ads or affiliate links;
post fake reviews, spam, or misleading claims;
impersonate me or any other person or company.

I may restrict access for anyone who breaks these rules.

9. Third-Party Websites and Services

This site links to websites and services I do not control, including software vendors, affiliate networks, and advertisers. I am not responsible for their content, security, pricing, privacy practices, or terms. Your dealings with them are between you and them. Please read their terms and privacy policies first.

10. Accuracy and No Professional Advice

I work to keep information accurate, but I cannot guarantee that it is complete, error-free, or up to date. Software changes quickly, and pricing and features may differ from what is shown by the time you read an article.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, I make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. I do not promise that the site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I am not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or business, arising from your use of the site, your reliance on its content, or your purchase or use of any third-party product or service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Where liability cannot be excluded, my total liability to you is limited to USD $100.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold me harmless from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the site, or your violation of another party's rights.

14. Privacy, Cookies, and Children

Your use of the site is also governed by the Privacy Policy, which explains what information is collected, how cookies and analytics work, how advertising partners may use data, and the choices and rights available to you, including for visitors in the EU, UK, and other regions with specific privacy laws.

This site is intended for a general business audience and is not directed to children under 13. I do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

15. Changes to the Site and to These Terms

I may change the site or these Terms from time to time. When I make material changes to the Terms, I will update the "Last updated" date at the top. Continuing to use the site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

16. Termination

I may suspend or restrict access for anyone who violates these Terms or misuses the site. Sections that by nature should continue (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law) survive termination.

17. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled in the courts of Oyo State, Nigeria, unless local consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere. Before filing a claim, please contact me so we can try to resolve the issue informally.

General terms: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, and Affiliate Disclosure, are the entire agreement between you and me about the site. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Not enforcing a provision is not a waiver of it. I may transfer my rights under these Terms (for example, if the site is sold); you may not without my consent.
