Contact SaaS Software Reviews

Last updated: September 29, 2026

Thanks for stopping by. SaaS Software Reviews is an independent website that researches, reviews, and compares business software, from project management tools to CRMs. Whether you're a reader with a question, a software company with a product to suggest, or a brand reaching out about a partnership, this page tells you who you'll be talking to and how quickly to expect a reply.

Who runs this site

SaaS Software Reviews is owned, written, and edited by Sandra Robert, an individual publisher. You can read more about my background and process on the About page, and about my standards on the Editorial Policy page.

Reader questions and corrections

Have feedback on an article, spotted an error, or want me to cover a software topic?

If your message is about a specific article, please include its URL. It helps me respond faster and correct anything that needs correcting.

Software vendors and review requests

If you represent a SaaS company and would like your product considered for coverage:

  • Email: sandraroberts507@gmail.com
  • Please include: the product name, a working trial or demo link, and a short description of who it is for.

I decide what to cover using the standards in my Editorial Policy. I do not guarantee coverage, I do not guarantee a positive review, and I do not accept payment in exchange for a favorable rating. Any sponsored or affiliate relationship is disclosed on the relevant page, as explained in the Affiliate Disclosure.

I usually reply within 2 to 5 business days. A decision on a review request may take a little longer.

Partnerships, affiliate, and advertising inquiries

For brand partnerships, affiliate program questions, or advertising inquiries:

This site is not yet approved in any affiliate network or advertising program. I plan to apply to affiliate programs and Google AdSense, and my current status is always described on the Affiliate Disclosure page. If you are a program manager with a question about the site or how I disclose relationships, please email me and I will reply within 2 to 5 business days.

A note on response times

This site is run by one person, not a company with a support desk. I read every message. If you haven't heard back within the timeframes above, please follow up, since messages sometimes land in spam folders.

SaaS Software Reviews is editorially independent. Some links on this site may be affiliate links, meaning I may earn a commission if you buy through them, at no extra cost to you.
