Final Thoughts

Most SaaS reviews focus on what’s visible:

  • Features
  • Pricing
  • First impressions

But after 6 months, those aren’t the things that matter most.

What matters is:

  • Reliability
  • Consistency
  • How the system behaves when things go wrong

Because that’s when you actually depend on it.
